I have used honey and honey-sugar lip treatments and wanted to find new DIY lip treatment ideas [scrubs, exfoliants, treatments, etc].

Thank's much!

You said you tried honey and honey sugar, but you didn't say which ones, so I'm including some.

Sugar is great. Just combine 1 tsp. of olive oil with 1 tsp. of white granulated sugar or brown sugar, and mix well until the mixture has the texture of coarse sand. Apply to your lips, gently rubbing the sugar to remove any flakes of skin. If you'd prefer, you can use a toothbrush to massage in the lip scrub. Rinse with warm water and apply a lip moisturizer immediately to keep your lips from drying out.

Honey is a natural cleanser.. Combine 1 tsp. of honey, 1 tsp. of baking soda and a few drops of olive oil until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Apply the paste to your lips, and allow it to penetrate the skin for a few minutes. Rinse off the scrub using warm water and a soft washcloth. Apply a lip moisturizer when you're done.

Coarsely ground coffee is another natural exfoliant that can be used in a recipe similar to the sugar scrub. A coffee scrub is a little more gentle on the lips. Combine 1 tbsp. of olive oil with 1 tbsp. of coffee. Mix well, and then massage the scrub onto your lips. Keep the scrub on for an additional five minutes before rinsing and applying lip moisturizer.

If all else fails try Smashbox - Emulsion Lip Exfoliant!

Does anybody know of any DIY lip treatments other than ones involving honey or sugar?*
