How To Calculate Area Of Hexagonal Pl Define In Detail

Break the hexagon up into 6 isosceles triangles each with area 1/2r^2sin(pi/3)

So, you'd have 3r^2sin(pi/3)

What on earth is a hexagonal Pl?

I think he means Hexagonal Plane maybe, or at least that seems logical. I don't know why they wouldn't just take the time too use three more letters though.

Pl let me know how I should calculate the area, volume and surface area of heaxgonal nut which has each side 2 inch and centre circle has radius is 1/2 inch and diameter 1 inch

For the volume, we have to know how thick it is.

As we know tha for very regular planar body the angle can be found out by the formula
2n-4/n...
Now u have the angle of the hexagon... now divide the hexagon into different triangls and find the area of any of the triangle by using formula 1/2bcsin@... wher b and c are the sides and @ is the angle A
If u get the answer please tell me
