Yes you are right,So what did you do to solve your problem

You probably have the ability to see more UV light than most people. If you notice on the ghost shows, they always use that Full Spectrum Camera to catch ghosts. (not sure if its B.S. or not but they do seem to love that camera.)

I wonder if there is a test that can be done to see if you can see more UV light. I would research that.

A full spectrum camera is not BS. It literally captures our visible spectrum plus some UV and infrared. The theory, with some good backing evidence, is that spiritual entities may be picked up on those out of range wave lengths. Speaking of BS, most of what you see on ghost hunting shows is just that.
