I don't know what nam bread is, but I like all sorts of peppers and I like Pita bread:)

Are you thinking of Naan bread? Which is like a soft pita that you would bake or even grill? Sometimes there is a garlic or sun dried tomato flavoring, but normally isn't spicy.
