I just bought the car and drove it for 45 minutes and stopped at a car wash. After washing the car I got back in to start it and nothing. The hazard lights would come on and blink 10 to 15 times and stop.

While trying to start the car again I noticed that while turning the ignition the clock on the dash would dim.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like it may have an aftermarket alarm system installed. Check for a small switch that you accidentally moved on the lower left kick panel.
Battery voltage sounds to be low also. It's either one of the 2.
Remove batt, test and charge is always a good starting point.

You were correct and the alarm wasn't allowing the car to start.

The same thing just happened to a friend of my neighbor's son an hour ago. The aftermarket security switch under the dash needed to be reset, in order for the car to start. He bought the car 3 months ago and was unfamiliar with the system.
