I need carpet transition trim that is 3 inches wide. Does that even exist? 2 inches is not wide enough.

I have same problem> I am transitioning from carpet to tile. I am removing 3" of carpet due to damage and want to span the created gap with a metal transition piece if possible. I need a 40" length for the transition piece
