Any exercise or medicine to reduce hips

Clean up your diet, get rid of any junk food, sugar or processed foods, eat fresh whole foods and get enough protein, healthy fats and green veg.
Squats are great for legs and hips. Also lunges, stiffleg deadlifts, step-ups.
Do cardio: power walking, running, cycling, jumping rope, dancing, swimming, sparring, etc.

You can't reduce hips alone... it's a matter of losing body fat..
