We had a bad cable for our dual video card and the cable is so old we couldn't replace it so we decided to go with a new dual video card along with an adapter. I could not remove the drivers for the old video card because the monitor wouldn't work. I turned on the computer after installation and got one long beep and two short ones. I know this is monitor related... then I got a screen that told me there is no vga input/monitor going to sleep. Is this due to the fact I couldn't remove the old drivers for the old video card? How can I remove the drivers if I can use my monitor until the new softward is loaded for the new video card? HELP! :p

I meant to say... how can I remove the drivers if I CAN'T use my monitor until the new software is loaded for the new video card?

That POST error is definitely video related. Does the video card have a port on the side of it (what looks like you would plug a 6 or 8 pin cable into)? If so you need to make sure your power supply has a cable that will plug into that port or the video card won't be getting enough power.
