I don't know where you're from, but if it's the US, it is illegal to marry cousins in many states.

Drinking the same milk has nothing to do with it.

I don't know what the heck that means. Are you saying that if you each drank a quart a day from the same woman (that would be your mother, or her mother, which makes both mothers sisters, or maybe twins, but that's besides the point, it was such a minor thing, does it still make drinking milk bad?

Or are you saying that drinking milk together caused you to want to marry your cousin later in life?

Or is it a psychological thing, that you only had close contact briefly, and the distance between you after sharing milk together, should make this okay?

You'll have to pardon my sarcasm, I just don't understand what you are talking about.

If we leave the milk out of the question, and maybe switch to say, diet Pepsi- dealing with the marriage thing.

You will need to do some research in your country/state/province and see if it is legal, or if it is not.

I doubt that there will be any reference to beveridge, but if there is, I'd sure like to know what it means.

If in the US may depend on the state, many are allowing it more and more. Current studies that I have seen show there is less danger of birth defects than were originally believed. But there still is a higher danger.
