My child's father has had very little involvement in her life,she is ten months old and doesn't really know him. He recently found out I have filed for child support, and has left me a very mean and also threatening voicemail stating that he doesn't care about me or our daughter. Also, he has another baby on the way with a woman that he now lives with, the woman has also left threatening voicemails, because I refuse to answer the phone and engage myself in petty arguments. I want to have him sign his rights over but I feel bad for my daughter, I feel like she needs her father in her life, but not if I have to live in fear. Need some advice...

Stick with going for child suport and make him responsible for helping raise his child. As far as rights goes read this :

And if he calls back threatening again, report it,
