I had an original sent of 5 years of felony probation for first degree fordgery, I was violated 2 yearsago for failure to report. I had left the state in search of my kids. Their father had ran off with them and I knew their lifes were in danger so I went after him. It took me 2 years to get them safely away from him and get them back home. My fines are paid off and this is the only time I had been violated. I know I have an active warrant and I have spoken with my probation officer, but he won't seem to work with me. How long could I be looking at as far as jail time?
