I have been certified for diving about 4 years ago in Seattle. The only employers for diving with work available are back east. The employers have mostly seemed very "flaky" and unable to meet their payroll obligations timely if at all. Where can I find a reliable diving employer. I am enthusiatically trying to live my dream. Any direction would be appreciated.

Also, whenever anyone is employed by someone else, the person who has gotten the job might not really know how an employer really is, until they've worked for the person awhile.

Obataining employment of any kind is a matter of taking a risk...

Have you considered being self-employed and marketing your skills as a diver?
