New spa arrived yesterday and the motor won't work. We tested everything and power is correct. The control panel comes on and spa tries to Prime but motor doesn't run, can hear the circuit board clicking when you press the jets button to prime. We released all suppected air locks but still nothing. There doesn't seem to be a reset button on the motor, which is a 3 HP 56 Executive Waterway. Everything was apparently tested and working at the manufacturer. Are we missing something? Store is closed for the long weekend and wanted to get this thing going.

I know you'd like to get it gpoing but it should be under warranty and you may void the warranty trying to repair. Does the motor click or hum when you try to turn it on? What is the voltage you are measuring?

The motor doesn't click or hum. 220V
