MY central air conditioner only works when it is initially turned on, after 10-15 minutes it stops working and doesn't blow cool air. I have it set for 70 degrees but the temp inside the apt is 77.HELP! It will begin by blowing cool air but then it just suddenly stops blowing cool air. I have to turn it off and then back on for it to work again.

Sounds like you are low on freon
