I am out of prison 6 weeks, on parole. Routine traffic stop turns into my arrest for possession of marijuana and possession of condensed cannabis. What is max. & min sentence on parole. Would med/marijauna card help now? Would enrollment in a program help?

Hello R:

A traffic stop should NEVER result in a search. Sure. A medical marijuana card would help, but unless it's backdated, it's not going to do any good. Besides, if you had it, why didn't you show it to the cops? At least, that's what they'll say.

They can make you serve ALL your sentence or put you back out on the street.

Would enrollment in a marijuana program help? I don't know of any.

What amounts of the drugs were found?

Well this is actually common, the inmate gets out of prison and within 3 months are arrested again. I will assume you do not have a medical card and this was illegal drugs.

So many mistakes, you did some stupid driving act with drugs in your car, This is the most common method of catching the small user. I had one walk up to me with a joint behind his ear once.

So you have to go to trial on the new drug charge. Plus your PO will most likely violate you and you will go to a hearing to see if they will put you back in jail for the rest of your original sentence plus time for the new charge at a new trial for that.

A card unless it was valid at the time of the stop will mean nothing

Going to a substance abuse program would be better than trying to get legal use of drugs

Hello again, R:

Now that we've handled your legal case, what's condensed cannabis?

Alleged cannabis, here in Georgia it takes almost 8 months for the lab to prove it is a illegal drug or not

I found this in a web search 1. condensed cannabis is called hash and kief
