Hi I recently purchased a painting at a estate sale. Daughter's father had passed who was in the military and spent most time in New York and Europe. It is oil on board and is around 24x19.5 inches. Beautiful painting of what I think is a scene of a circus/fair. Very well done. Any ideas/info would be greatly appreciated.
