I'm back now and I find out about the hole thing I moved to Portland and I got a job couple of months a go after 2 years not having a job now I make around 2k a month and I got married and my wife is not working I'm the only one provider so its hard paying rent and everything els, now I'm worried if they come after me and get my paychecks I have no idea what to do (((
Please help me what should I do?
The judgment was set last year around summer time which I was not in US by the bank.

You can contact the court and see how they did service, merely not being there, really does not stop them.
They can
1. serve it to the last known address they had for you
2. serve it though publication if you can't be found.

Perhaps contact them and work out a payment plan would be good idea.
Or see if they did improper service you can go to court and try to get it thrown out.
