I was found guilty on two accounts of theft under 1,000 dollars and was put on probation for a year, and violated it with a theft of 80 dollars (long story), what might happen at my theft hearing and at my violating probtion hearing?

Hello N:
If you're convicted of theft, you'll probably do some jail time. Then you'll probably do some violation time in jail. But, I'm just guessing. I don't know what's in your long story.

Well I paid back what I stole. And the first time I paid restution and done my community service all on time, and paid the court costs on time. I have four kids and I just started college and am going to therapy. My first two offenses were based on theft from my x and I had a lot of domestic violence issues with him, and he went and lied about me stealing stuff from him when I didn't and I had an assult charge on him the same day and had to agree to drop that charge so I would be charged with a lesser charge. So my two I have now are mistedormenors and so is this one, and I never been on a stet docket and that's what I was trying to get for the theft charge.
