I have an eleven year old judgement for a credit card from 1999. The sheriff came today and took my car although I still owe 20 thousand on the car and my bank holds the lien. They said they were going to sell it and said they have first right before the bank because it is for a judgement. How can they do that without the bank giving clear title?
