Most courts will not be available from my understanding

If at all possible, you go to the Federal court website where you did your bankruptcy, that specific local court web site.

Normally you will have to go in, and even then I believe pay a small fee for coping

Hi, lorenpage!

I'm not aware of federal court cases being available online. I've looked many times for federal cases online.

In a lot of places though, cases where the information is at the state level, sometimes that is available online.

Thanks!

The federal court system is run online by the PACER system. Google it and go to correct site for the court you want. You need the case docket number and I think 8 cents a page.

Legal dude is correct, pacer does now have the bankruptcy records.
But as noted they are not free
