I am 15 and my meatus is really red and sticks out quite a lot. There's no pain or anything it's just very unattractive. I've had this for years and I've never been sexually active. Also I can't retract my foreskin easily when erect without a lot of pain. How can I make this go away?

Hi Jordan, there is a procedure that can be done for your foreskin but you will have to visit your doctor and get all the information, explain your situation. They will do a small procedure to correct your foreskin.
