I am not a frequent smoker of weed and I only do so when I can't sleep when my knees hurt. I only take 1-2 hits total. And in the past two months I probably have taken 20 hits total. I am not a pot head is basically what I am saying. And I drink LOTS of water all the time. Basically is that enough for it to even show up on a hair follicle test? And if it does show up, will it tell them the amounts you smoke? Cause if it does show up it won't be nothing but a trace at best I would presume. Is this true?

I am a VERY light user of weed. Like when I smoke I only take 1-2 hits. And over the past 2 months maybe 20 hits total, if that. Would that be enough to even show anything? Or if it does will it be so small a trace that they wouldn't even worry about it?

What is MEPS? That might tell me the type test which will provide a level of detection (LOD)

This post is three years old, I now see. Guess this one is answered.

Hair tests aren't reliable for the detection of THC. It might not show up at all. Why do you think it will be a hair test and who is administering it? Drinking water has no effect on a hair test and if it did show up it would show frequency of use but not quantity.

You posted your question as a answer to a 3 year old question.
*** not a little buzzed and forgetting where to post ?****

It may show up, other tests would be more likely to show it

If you are a "light smoker", then why is this in the "addictions" section? And why the drug test in the first place?

The best way to pass a drug test is to eliminate the intake of substances to be tested for.

That's just a suggestion.

If drugs and alcohol are causing problems in your life, then maybe it's time to make some changes.

Good luck.
