As far as I know, not the way you're describing it. I've seen a few with heads side by side, but never one with a head at both ends.

I will go out on a limb, since it's hard to definitely say that anything does not exist. But no, natural two headed snakes where there is a head instead of a tail do not and cannot exist.

"Normal" two headed snakes result from abnormal development, where twin snakes fail to separate completely, like Siamese twins. Because of the way embryos develop (snake embryos), a head would not develop where the tail is.

My friend says he saw a snake with heads at both ends in benue state of nigeria in west africa.. I tot it wasn't true but since he said he saw it.. I couldn't say much...
