Can anyone help me with these history questions? My teacher wants us to learn about it and write a paper on it.

• What was the Industrial Revolution?
• What does a nation need to industrialize?
• What are the benefits of industrialization?
• What are the negatives of industrialization?
• What was the first country to industrialize?
• What did the following inventions of the Industrial Revolution do? How did they improve society and/or productivity in industry?
o Jethro Tull’s Seed Drill
o James Watt’s Steam Engine
o John Kay’s Flying Shuttle
o Richard Arkwright’s Water Frame
o Canal system (Duke of Bridgewater)
o Samuel Crompton’s Spinning Mule
o Daimler’s Internal Combustion Engine
o Eli Whitney’s Cotton Gin
o James Hargreaves’s Spinning Jenny
o Robert Fulton’s Steamboat
o Cyrus McCormick’s Reaper
o Edmund Cartwright’s Power Loom
o Samuel Morse’s Telegraph

Time to Google or go to the library.

We don't do homework.

Hi, Jordan Christin!

As was mentioned on your other thread that you started about this, it's time for you to do a Google search for information or to go to a library to find it. You can do the searching just as well as anyone else.

If there's something about a subject that you don't understand and would like to discuss, a number of us have been teachers and would be glad to discuss things with you. I am one of those.

Thanks!
