I have replaced every thing on my 2001 ram. Still over heating I bypassed the heater core to make sure it was not bad. Will doing this make a difference [Bypassing]or could it make the pump cavatate. The only thing left is heads or air. I am going to try the air bubble today to see what happens.

Did you replace the radiator?

Yes I have replaced the radiator, I did go with a 160 thermostat to see if that would help it did not. No water in oil or water flushed the system.

Be sure to properly purge all air from the cooling system--check your Owner's Manual.

Also, ensure the problem is not with the temperature gauge or the sending unit:

The hoses have good pressure. Temp gauge is good I will check on the purge. It push water out yesterday morning it was running at 200 not a lot. It takes about 30 min. To get to that temp on the highway.

Is the connection to the sending unit fine?
