Can I send my form 8379 electronically

The IRS site says it can take up to 11 weeks to process if sent electronically - so I assume you can send it electronically.

If you file it with your original return, it can be filed electronically with it. Note: some software programs are simple and don't always accept the F8379 filing. And it does increase the processing time from 3 weeks to 11 weeks.

If you have already filed your original return, you cannot file the F 8379 by itself later electronically, you have to mail it in. Make sure you follow the instructions of mailing.

I just finish filling out my form 8379,but I notice it didn't have any address, I live here in Texas can you help with that .
