I just would like to know that if you are on parole or probation and run and is never found does the system eventually give up and terminate the parole/probation?

Hello m:
No. They put out a warrant and then they forget about you. The warrant lasts forever. When and/or if you ever get caught, they'll bring you back to the jurisdiction where all this started.

Agree, they will revoke your probation/parole and issue a warrant, the warrant will never expire, they will wait till they find you at a traffic stop, or at a ID check and more.
You get to hide for the rest of your life

BabixG this is a legal board used to give legal advice. Your comment is not legal advice but a personal comment which would belong on a chat board instead. Thank you.

"They" don't just forget about your probation or parole but issue a warrant instead. The only time the warrant expires is when you expire.
