I quit i.v. using meth three days ago, although I still use I feel tired and run down as if I quit using all together . I sleep on a normal schedule when I was using even i.v. it seems that the meth only helps with the emotional aspect can you help.

Have you looked into rehab facilities in your area? I don't know what i.v. is, but I know what meth is. And I know you do not want to be on it...

I have known very few who have quit on their own.withdraws alone can be ,well, troubling.
