If you want to reschedule tomorrow, a phone call is really called for. But just the facts, no special needs

Hi, anilhard!
In order to insure that someone gets a message, it's always better to try to call them. Not everyone checks their email everyday.
You could also leave a note in their door.
Thanks!

I would thank the customer for his or her business. I would tell them that your company is always looking for ways that they can improve service to their customers and that you value his or her opinion. I would then ask the customer to share their comments with them. If you are using a survey, you can post the link to it in the email and tell the customer to click on it to take the survey. You should tell the customer how much time it will take to complete the survey and keep the survey short so that the person will complete it. You should include a section,(ex. Other) that allows the customer to write other comments that cannot be answered using the survey multiple choice answer set.
