Hello, I just want to ask what will cause me to have pregnancy like symptoms for about 6 weeks now and no baby. I had my period this month but it was shorter and lighter , but I had periods likes this before. I took two urine test one today and one about 2 weeks ago and both came back negative. I also took a blood test on the April the 23rd and was negative too. I can't let my stomach get empty cause then it makes the nausea worse but my boobs and belly are still swollen even after my period is gone. This never happened to me before and I do have a daughter that is 4yrs which I did not know I was pregnant until I was 16 weeks even after the negative pregnancy tests. I'm 30 yrs old so the only thing I could think about is a hormone imbalance that's make me feel and look pregnant. I hope you can give me some pointers thanks

There are lots of reasons you could feel the way you do and not be pregnant. Hormones could be the culprit, sure.

If you have a history of late positive results, there is a chance this could be the case. I guess time will tell, but you could contact your doctor once more to repeat the blood work.
