Our pit recently got lose, and the pound caught him. Now they are telling me I need $100,000 insurance on my pit bull to have him released. I live in Paragould Arkansas, does anyone know what I need to do?

It sounds like the pound is saying you must have liability insurance as part of your homeowner's policy that covers injury or damage caused by your pet for at least $100K. Call your homeowners' insurance company and ask how to get this. If you rent rather than own a home, you can get renter's insurance that will cover your personal property as well as provide some level of liability insurance.
