I haven't had a period since march 8th. Considering my husband and I are trying to conceive I felt maybe I was pregnant. So I took several tests and negative! But I am still late and have been cramping and my breasts are very tender. I went to see a doctor and they gave me a blood test which came back negative and sent me home with no care of my problems. I have a family history of unsuccessful births . I just want to know why I'm feeling breast tenderness and cramping and no period?

Had you always been regular with your periods before this? When was the blood test done?
If you are normally quite regular, you may want to inquire about having a quantitative blood test that will determine if there is an actual amount of hcg in your blood and not just a positive or negative result. They may also decide to do an ultrasound or they may suggest waiting until you see what happens when your period would normally be due for June to see if you miss three in a row.
