After 25 years, the golf course wants to cut our irrigation from the lake to our home. Is that legal?

After 25 years the golf course wants to cut the water line from their lake to our home. Is this legal?

Is it a water line ? Or a stream. If there are pipes ( and pumps? ) are there easements for them. Was there an original agreement ? Have you searched the deeds for any reference to these ?
