I was connected to a hack server [because it auto connects to whatever is best] and when I connected it automatically downloaded all the titles, challenges, and everything else. So I can't really do anything and theirs no point to the game. Is their a reset button for everything? I want to start back at level 1 [0 presteige].

There is nothing you can do. You can't go back to start.

Do you think steam could restart it or if there is a file I can delete?

I would email Steam and ask them if there is anything they can do.
