To follow up on the delivery status of her order and thank a customer for her purchase and asking for her feedback

Example:
Dear (Name),
Thank you for your recent purchase from our store!
Please let us know if everything is satisfactory, and if there's any way that we might make any improvements to our products and/or service.
Thank you!
(Your Name)
(Your Position)
That would be one way to do it, anyway...

I would use something similar:
Dear (Name),
Thank you for your recent purchase from our store!
We hope you found everything satisfactory. At <name of store> we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service. So we would appreciate any feedback you have about your purchase.
We hope to be able to serve you again in the future.
Thank you!
(Your Name)
(Your Position)
If we knew what you sell, there might be some enhancements. Another thing you might do is put up a WEB survey and link to it, offering a chance for a credit or discount coupon for completion.
