This group, led by Jay(van King) are crooks plain and simple. They are under investigation by several governing bodies. Their most recent scam is to take your pink sheet stock (non-reporting) and then telling the client that they will turn the shell into a personal bank, like Geitner at the FTC. They do this by converting shares into bonds and then they will sell these as bond and send you residual amounts every month. What they are actually doing is the very same thing that Wall Street did. They are selling sub-prime bonds. i.e. filled with worthless stock. If they ask for money, don't do it. If you get a payment, it is only because they have not completed the 'bond' sale. Moreover, they issue BILLIONS of shares in the deal and then they have a boiler room where they rade these billions of shaes in a box and STILL make $7500-1,0000K a day per deal.

IF YOU WANT TO SAVE your money and not go to Jail, this onedeal is not for you!

Q Group or Qualico Group, Peter and Jay are fakes and thieves. How ironic that they operate from the penthouse suite right beside the police station. Jay and his former partner have a mortgage on this property. He lies through his teeth steals money from everyone even those who are working for him but never get paid. He convinces his staff to buy into these shares as he sells out. But don't worry he always has ellaborate excuse as to why things hit the ****ter. He swindles money by convincing companyies to hand over shares and he simply liquidates them for his own greed. OR he will convince the company to pay 10k ussually to boost there share price, but guess what nothing happens. Also check emergingissuer Hayley Wright is or was Jay's secretary, he also is connected to the website, but I bet you won't find anything to connect him with the website.

Companies won't take it to court because it simply costs too much. What should people do.
