Assuming that the court closed the child support case, did you take a copy of that new order closing the case and give it to your work place that is doing the garnishment. *** so that someone at your work payroll has a order to tell it to stop taking the money.

Have you checked with the court clerk where the money is sent as to what they are doing with it ?
