There is a small lump in the left side of my penis, on the shaft near the head. It's under the skin and can't be seen, and I can only feel it when I have an erection. There is also some swelling in the left side of my penis.
There's no pain. I also have swollen lymph nodes in the groin and neck. Could these have something to do with each other? I have seen two doctors but they only said "let's wait and see...".
So what is this? A cancer? Lymphoma spread to my penis? I'm shocked.

I can't really believe you saw two doctors and without a diagnoses, they said 'wait and see'. Did you not have enough medical coverage for proper professional help ?
We can't diagnose or recommend on AMHD. You will have to try the doctor route again and insist that you be seen properly.

That's not all, I have seen these doctors many times. I first contacted with them because of my lymph nodes and they did some blood tests. Everything was fine, but that was 2 months ago.
Now they only tell me to wait - "there's nothing we can do". I've had this lump and swelling in my penis over a month but doctors wan't to wait and see. I'll wait then. But I would like to know if anyone had this swelling and lump problem.
And yeah, I'm 21 years old and I don't have money for special doctors and there's nobody borrowing me money.
Thanks!

I don't know what difference it would make to your own personal health if you found out if 'someone else had this swelling problem'. Everyone has different medical conditions, that would have absolutely nothing to do with your own personal health problem.
You got an answer from me because I am in healthcare. Getting back to your money problems, seeing as you are only 21 and you do have a supposed condition as you describe, what will you do if it gets worse, more painful, will you then find the money for a specialist? You have a long life ahead of you, why make it more difficult with a medical condition that could possibly be controlled? As for a referral to a specialist and have it dealt with as soon as possible.

I just want to know if anyone else had this same problem. It would be great to know what this could be.
We have a free public healthcare here, so if my condition gets worse, I'll go to see these "wait and see" doctors again and hope they will send me to a free specialist.
There's no pain or anything, just these lumps, lymp nodes and swelling. But because the blood test was fine they think I'm fine.

You have socialized healthcare then, it isn't free, everyone pays for it. Your doctor fees are paid by the government. There is no reason you can't request a specialist, possibly a urologist.

We cannot diagnose what you have, is that clear. No one would even venture to hazard a guess on what your problem is. Take the time to have your problem diagnosed by a specialist who can SEE what the problem is.

I have this uneven swelling on the penis head about 3-4 centimeters and pain for over 3 months now. No sex involved.. it just developed.. swelling becomes more intense when sitting down.. nystatin cream antifungal prescription did not work. Also had anti-biotic theraphy for 10 tens. Very uncomfortable especially when driving.. throbbing pain at night. Pain is about 6 in intensity.. extremely sensitve.. feel OK in the mornings though.. any advice will be appreciated so much
