I am married to a woman for twenty years. We had three kids together and now they are grown up and out of the house, over 18. I love them very much. My wife has never worked and she has back problems. I have a girlfriend that's much younger than me ( over 20 ) and now she is pregnant. My wife and I don't live together, we can't and she is thinking about devorcing me and taking me to the cleaners, so to speak. I love my girlfriend very much and she loves me. We are going to have this child, love and cherish it all our lives. If my girlfriend asks for and gets child support does this mean my wife who is thinking about devorcing me and wanting the max. allimony get less now . Since my girlfriend is pregnant? Do I have to pay or have my medical insurance pay for my girlfreinds Dr. visits, delivery? How does this look moneywise for me? Will I be poor all my life?

It's divorce, not devorce.
No one gets taken to the cleaners any more. Your wife will get (hopefully) what is fair to her and you. I assume she thought you were faithful - ? Or maybe not.
Your medical insurance is most probably a family plan. That means it covers you and your wife, not you and your girlfriend. Your girlfriend's medical insurance may or may not cover this situation.
Yes, if your girlfriend files for child support she will get a monthly payment by Statute or formula and could very well also get her medical bills paid, depending on your State.
Only the Court knows how the Court will look upon this situation.
You and your wife don't live together and you "can't." What does this mean?
Sorry but I see another cheating spouse and another pregnant girlfriend.

Your wife will get a division or property, and if she has not worked will get support payments for a number of years, you may see this as the cleaners, but she will get her share of her 20 years of marriage, and of course support if she can prove you have supported her for 20 years.
The court will see a man who cheated on his wife before they were divorced and got that girlfriend pregnant.
You love the girlfriend with all your heart, so are you not going to pay all of her bills out of love anyway?
But no your support comes after the child is born, She can get child support after the child is born, and get you to furnish insurance on the child, pay for part of day care and more.
So expect part of your pay to go to exwife and a large amount to girlfriend.
