I've herd lemon juice I've herd laundry detergent, what is the best way to lighten my hair without using bleaches dyes, or peroxide. I also don't want to damage my hair so that it looks bad.

Lots of lemon juice and the sun will make it slightly lighter. But then it'll probably do some damage too. Anything that's going to change your hair color is probably going to do at least a little damage too

Lemon juice will lighten somewhat, but won't make you really blond.

Sometimes lemon juice will give you some red-blonde tones, so be careful if that isn't the look you're going for.
