I tried to upload a new theme to my bb 2750 but at the time I thought it was a 2790(genius!) so the bb desktop crashed while attempting to connect to my bb. Now it's stuck on a screen that says 'Data Abor... ' with a reset button underneath. If I hit reset the red light comes on, then a screen that says 'Initalizing', then a hourglass and right back to 'Data Abor... '. I've tried a soft reset, a hard reset, taking out battery and nothings helped, found a site that shows a way to fix a problem similar to mine BUT I need to know which operating system to download in order to try this. What company do you get service from?

It's a verizon wireless phone but reachoutwireless is my provider. A friend found an OS for me and I fixed it following the instructions in the link BUT my restored phone no longer had an internet browser or the icon to link my personal email to my phone(can't remember what the icon was called, only had phone a few days before I killed it). I downloaded Opera 4, very carefully, lol but can't seem to find a way to get that email icon back... I really loved getting text alerts when I received new email, helped me land my new job!
