I need to change the thermostat in my 2003 GMC Enovy , could someone please describe the detail for this job.

1. Drain coolant to a level below the thermostat housing.

2. Remove both bolts securing the thermostat housing.

3. Remove and replace the thermostat. It needs to be installed in the same position as the old one (pin up and facing the same direction as before).

4. Install new gasket and button things up.

5. Refill with coolant, being careful to purge any air from the system.
