I received a bankruptcy notice on 2nd April 2010 and this is the first notice I have received.
I have been trying to deal with the creditor and on Thursday 22nd April he agreed to work out a settlement, today 27th April 2010 I received another email from their lawyers demanding payment or they will proceed with the bankruptcy and windup notice of my company on 29th April 2010.
Can someone please help me with some advice what to do with this
