I have a 2006 Honda. We put in a new battery. Now the radio will not work. I have navigation and that works. I have a code for navigation if I need it. People have said to use the numbered buttons to put in the radio code. I don't have any numbered buttons on my console. It is not asking for a code either. On the display it simply has the temperature and nothing else. Not even the time. I can't use the cd player either. Got any suggestions. I can't see any radio serial number on the side of the glove box either. Where else could I find that. Thanks.

My car stereo doesn't ask for a code either. It simply doesn't work if the power supply is cut.

I then have to reprogram, using the code.

And, yes, my GPS is separate, too.

In order to find the radio serial number (the dealer couldn't find it!) I had to have the radio pulled out. The code was on the back.

Your dealer might have the radio code. Give them a call and see.
