Hello,
I am a 25 year old girl and I have a hard time losing weight, my height is 165 and my weight is 75 kg.
My problem is that I don’t have the time nor the money to join in a gym to exercise, my work takes most of the time (from 8am to 7pm and even later) and the rest goes to house chores and cleaning up and when even I get over worked out (stress with work, cleaning the house, etc) I get sick.
Please please help, I honestly don’t like my body and even with watching out the amount of food still no change.

Losing weight can be tough. Especially emotionally. But cheer up no need to feel uncomfortable with yourself, body can change with dedication and hard work.
First thing is first. Start eating healthy, without eating the proper foods you will not lose any weight. This also means no starving. Starving actually makes you fatter. Your body is a little scared at this point so it starts saving up that fat because your not feeding it properly! Then if you overfeed it your body starts saving that because it naturally thinks your storing all that food for a day you won't be eating... Your body is funky like that.
So healthy foods, what is that? Well that is vegtables, fruits, whole grains and lean protein.
Eat fresh foods, foods that are closest to their original state, like : baked potato not french fries.
You need to be eating MORE veggies, MORE fruits and less sugars, salts, processed foods [like chicken nuggets, hot dogs... etc].
As for your lean protein, try eating more salmon, skinless chicken breast. You can also start eating some beans for protein. Beans are a magnificent way to replace red meat, red meat isn't good for you [speaking as a vegetarian]. Beans will fill you up, give you the iron you need, they are just fantastic. There are thousands of things you do with them! Lentil soup, make hummus, bean salad.. they are just delicious.
As for your skinless chicken breasts and salmon be sure to cook them a healthy way too. For example: if you have a BBQ wrap them in tin foil with fresh herbs [no already prepared sauces added to them]. If you have a George Forman grill you can use that too. Or even pop them in the oven.
Stay away from the obvious things like candy, fast food and caffine [that means soda too].
And please DO NOT take ANY laxatives OR diet pills you will do quite some damage to your body if you do so!
Replace your drinks with water! No more juices, no more pop, no more coffee. If you have to have juice make it 100% real juice [orange or cranberry] and have it in the morning with your breakfast.
Side note: never skip breakfast.
If you really want to lose weight you got to stay focused.
I cannot stress enough on how eating right would be the ONLY way you'd lose weight. No other diet will help you lose weight, not water diet, no juice diet, no anti carb diet... you'll just end up gaining it all back.
As for your breads, switch to whole wheat breads. Yep, it's the better stuff. It has loads of fiber, and fiber will keep you full and regular in the pooping department. The better you poop the better you'll feel!
Now remember this ISN'T a diet, this is a lifestyle change. You got to start eating healthy. This IS how celebrities do it. This IS how Demi Moore still looks like a sexy beast. If you want to look like her at her age then you got to start eating healthy, sleeping more and just being good to yourself.
Now onto the next step.
Cardio, cardio, cardio!
You NEED to get up and exercise! You don't need to get weights, you don't NEED a membership to the gym! Exercise IS free!
You can still: jog, run, walk, do jumping jacks [may seem funny but try doing 100, you'll feel the burn], lunges, burpees... etc. Here is a link to a few sites that give you some GREAT cardio work outs:
- YouTube - charliejames1975's Channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/charliejames1975) [I love her workouts, they make me sweat and I can really feel the burn! I love it!]
- YouTube - 10 Minute Jump Start Cardio Workout (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M38HDCGmhm4) [These too are awesome]
- YouTube - What is good cardio? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0IbZ0eiEiQ) [Here is some info about Cardio, it was a good video, kind of goofy but it got to the point]
Just a few pointers here:
-If you can get a pedometer [it counts your steps]: It takes 70,000 steps to burn 1 lb of fat.
-burning 3500 calories which equals 1 lb of fat
-Use flavorings such as hot sauce, salsa, and Cajun seasonings instead of butter and creamy or sugary sauces. Besides providing lots of flavor with no fat and few calories, many of these seasonings -- the spicy ones -- turn up your digestive fires, causing your body to temporarily burn more calories.
Finally good luck to you! It's fun to lose weight, if you are positive!
