You mean:
\frac{\frac{1}{m+1} - 1}{\frac{1}{m+1} + 1} ?
Well find first, 'mix' the two upper terms, or make the two upper terms a single fraction. Then, do the same for the lower terms.
Then, recall that:
\frac{(\frac{a}{b})}{(\frac{c}{d})} =\frac{a}{b} \div \frac{c}{d}= \frac{a}{b} \times \frac{d}{c}
