Would any of you know what the salary expectations would be for running a bar/restaurant in Phnom Penh? It's for 6 months and it'll be working every day from 11am to 11pm/12pm?

If you are managing a bar/restaurant in the US, A reasonable salary is about the $40-$50K range. However, salaries in the far East are much lower. If you are just a bartender, salaries are very low, as, like food servers, they live mostly on tips.
