Our problem started with flooding underneath. We investigated and the pump was unhooked. It was pumping water on the floor. My husband repaired that and then we tried to start it. No luck. We found the reset info on this site. We used it but it will not stay running. Is there an initial set up required i.e filling the pan with water or something of this nature to initially get it going
