A John Deer tractor dealer is excellent for keeping records of those things. I got a detailed assembly print for an antique horse drawn farm implement I was rebuilding for a customer from them just last year. I was amazed that they had one.

Hi,
A "good" Deere C&CE dealer will have access to the part of Deere website where they can print a copy of the wiring schematic. Do not be surprised if they want to charge for time or pages printed. The tech manual is over $130. It includes the entire family comprised of 130, 160, 165, 170, 175, 180 and 185. The ones ending in "0" are gear-driven; the ones ending in "5" are hydros.
Parts looup is available online at JDParts at:
John Deere - Parts Catalog (http://jdpc.deere.com/jdpc/servlet/com.deere.u90490.partscatalog.view.servlets.HomePa geServlet_Alt)
But it will have only a picture of the harness.
Peace,
Clarke
