Caterpillar. I always thought that was strange.

Reminds me of a pussywillow story. It's German tradition to get pussywillow branches at Easter and make a sort of Easter tree with them. You then hang hollowed out decorated eggs on the tree.

One year, after begging my parents to get a cat, my mother told me that I could make my own. All I had to do was squish a pussywillow between two rocks, leave it out in the sun for a few days, and it would turn into a kitten.

I swear that I must have gone through an entire tree of pussywillows before I decided that I was either doing it wrong or mom was lying through her teeth! ;)

It's not the name of an animal, but I hate names that are spelled differently than they are pronounced... example, a company name "Geeseling" I would pronounce that like Geese-ling. But it's pronounced like Gazelle-ick

I was looking for one I saw a few years back. It's a grinning bird. Only, instead of a beak, it has a mouth full of teeth. Couldn't find it anywhere.
